But fret not, we&#8217;ve got some incredible tricks that can make getting out of bed easier. Or else you could try creative alarm clock apps that will be sure to wake you up, such as I Can\u2019t Wake Up! Alarm Clock and Wake N Shake. These alarm apps require you to perform some tasks before the alarm shuts off.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2. This is going to help relax your body and prime it for sleep as the blue light that comes from your electronic devices\u00a0can impair natural melatonin production, delaying drowsiness and keeping you up later at night.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3.
