Samsung Malaysia’s newly launched Street View mobile app – “Culture Explorer” is a new app that provides\u00a0virtual access to prominent locations in Malaysia.<\/p>\n

In collaboration with the\u00a0Ministry of Tourism and Culture Malaysia, the app is an\u00a0effort to cultivate and celebrate the beauty and uniqueness of some of Malaysia\u2019s finest landmarks.<\/p>\n

The app makes use of augmented reality technology, allowing users to explore\u00a0historical landmarks in 360-degree imagery,\u00a0and at the same time user can tap on the icon to see additional information in connection with what is displayed.<\/p>\n

\"201607280133344234\"Currently there are only two of the five\u00a0landmarks are available to \u201cvisit\u201d. The five locations are the Islamic Arts Museum Malaysia, the Stadhuys, the Pinang Peranakan Mansion, the Petronas Twin Towers, and the Tuanku Ja\u2019afar Gallery. From time to time, Samsung will add a number of other landmarks.<\/p>\n
