But you can take steps to reduce your chances of a problem, even small changes can help.<\/p>\n<p>Here are some tips\u00a0from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to\u00a0help women of all ages reduce their risk for heart disease.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Tips to Reduce Risk of Heart\u00a0Disease<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><b>1. If you have these symptoms and suspect you&#8217;re having a heart attack, call ambulance immediately or get someone to send you to the nearest hospital.<\/p>\n<p><b>3. The Nutrition Facts label can tell you key information about the packaged foods you eat, and it includes details about serving sizes and nutrients like fat and sugar. Quit smoking if you do<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Quitting is not easy but you can do it.\u00a0There are products that help wean your body off the nicotine you get from cigarettes and tobacco.
