From now until 31 August 2016, passengers travelling on all classes from Hong Kong to most of the long-haul destinations, including Australia, New Zealand, Europe and North America, can dine on traditional Cantonese fare by Chef Tim, executive Chinese chef at One Harbour Road.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_22645\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-22645\" style=\"width: 1024px\" offers a taste of some of Hong Kong\u2019s beloved local favorites, such as a <em>rich chicken soup filled with fish maw<\/em>, <em>sweet corn and monkey mushroom<\/em>, and <em>lightly seasoned with sundried mandarin, <\/em><em>steamed minced pork served with mushroom<\/em>, <em>cuttle fish and water chestnut<\/em>, and One Harbour Road\u2019s signature <em>mango pudding<\/em>.<\/p>\n<figure
