Soda drinking.<\/strong> Whether you&#8217;re having a can of diet soda, sugar free soda, or worse still normal soda, the amount of calories in each can is enough to add inches to your waistline over the years. Drop the fizzy sodas and go for healthier alternatives. Lemon water is always a great way to start.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Not getting enough calcium in your diet.<\/strong> According to an article on MSN.com, dairy products contain a type of hormone that reduces your body&#8217;s urge to store fat. If you&#8217;re having less of that, then you&#8217;re not getting the hormone you need. Your daily commute to work.<\/strong>\u00a0If you&#8217;re on the road longer to reach work, most likely that takes away time that you could spend at the gym or doing something else. Those with longer commute hours tend to have larger waistlines because you end up sitting down and you&#8217;re inactive for most of your day. Try to inject a bit of exercise into your day when you can. Maybe even cycle to your public transport station?<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. A lack of sleep.\u00a0<\/strong>We know that sleep is important to keep our body in balance and all our organs operating at its peak. When you don&#8217;t get enough sleep, you&#8217;re more likely to disrupt the natural motion of your internal system which boosts the risks of weight gain.
