These cravings are usually signs of low serotonin and low blood sugar levels. Serotonin is the \u201chappy\u201d chemical in our brain, which is why when levels are low, we crave for sweets and carbs which produces serotonin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chocolate<\/strong><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_18672\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-18672\" style=\"width: 700px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pamper.my\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/chocolate-e1461231127915.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-18672 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pamper.my\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/chocolate-e1461231127915.png\" alt=\"Image: solusisehatku.com \" width=\"700\" height=\"412\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-18672\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Image: solusisehatku.com<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Chocolate is probably one of the most common cravings. It taste good and makes you feel good.<\/p>\n<p>Chocolate is said to be connected with positive emotions and love, hence a comfort food to many of us.\u00a0 If you crave for chocolate before and during period, it is a sign of magnesium and iron deficiency.
