At the helm of the brand is\u00a0Christopher E. Stafford,\u00a0Chief Operating Officer<\/strong>\u00a0directing and overseeing the creation of this brand to deliver a\u00a0memorable experience for every guest and resident.<\/p>\n

137 Pillars Hotels & Resorts newest edition;\u00a0137 Pillars Suites & Residences Bangkok\u00a0<\/strong>is scheduled to open in late 2016.\u00a0 The property is located on Sukhumvit Soi 39, a short distance from the upscale and fashionable shopping district of Emquartier\/Emporium.<\/p>\n

The property\u00a0will showcase 34 exquisitely appointed suites and 179 private residences. \u00a0The architects for the property are Palmer and Turner from Bangkok, with Interiors by P46 Deesign and Landscape by P Landscape.\u00a0 Interiors will showcase a warm palette of rich tones with exquisite white and grey marble bathrooms and expansive use of mirrors and glass.<\/p>\n

\"137<\/a>137 Pillars Suites<\/u>
\nThe hotel suites will be located from the 23rd<\/sup>-30th floor with four categories of one and two bedrooms ranging from 70-127 square meters. Features will include private dining tables, private butler service, maxi bars with wine cellars, user friendly mood lighting, high ceilings, large walk-in wardrobes and stunning marble en-suite bathrooms with chic circular baths complete with built in TV.\u00a0 The sleep experience will be of the highest standard and the spacious balconies will be the ultimate chill zone, complete with the traditional 137 Pillars House signature rocking chair and an oversized daybed for two, with superb view of the Bangkok skyline.<\/p>\n

137 Pillars Residences<\/u>
\nThe living experience at 137 Pillars Residences will combine world class facilities with spacious, well-designed and elegantly furnished studios as well as one and two bedroom residences.\u00a0 There will be 179 residences in four configurations ranging from 40-114 square meters, all with spacious private balconies.<\/p>\n

\"137<\/a>137 Pillars Suites & Residences<\/strong>\u00a0will feature the 137 Pillars Hotels & Resorts signature \u2018by invitation only\u2019 Louis Leonowens Club, the Jack Bain’s Bar and Cigar Divan, and the exquisite Nimitr specialty restaurant featuring Thai favourites with a\u00a0molecular twist as well Western delicacies created by our Group Executive Chef and Culinary Artist, Peter Marx from Sweden. The Bangkok Trading Post Restaurant on Soi Sukhumvit 39 will be an all-day dining bistro and deli appealing to local residents and guests\u00a0and will serve\u00a0Western and Asian favourites as well as freshly baked breads,\u00a0connoisseur coffee and specialty beverages, to go or dine-in.\u00a0 A range of creatively designed retail products will be available at the Bangkok Trading Post. Both restaurants have been\u00a0designed and created by Bangkok\u2019s chic design couple Sophie\u00a0Beghin and Faun Israrena na Ayudhya of Santhaya Associates.<\/p>\n

Additional features will include our Sky Bar\u00a0and rooftop\u00a0infinity edged pool on the 32nd floor. Jack Bain’s Bar and Cigar Divan will be situated on the 26th Mezzanine Floor above the specialty restaurant Nimitr on the 26th floor with a beautiful 6 meter ceiling with\u00a0panoramic views to the City of Angels. (Jack Bain was the owner of the original teak homestead in Chiang Mai which dates back to the late 1800s and after which 137 Pillars House is named.)\u00a0 A spa and wellness\u00a0center\u00a0with a\u00a0separate yoga and meditation sala will offer activities\u00a0including aerial flow yoga, tai chi, reiki and dance. The 26th<\/sup>\u00a0floor will also have\u00a0our feature late check out and early\u00a0check in pods and\u00a0separate shower facilities in the event suites are fully booked.<\/p>\n

\"137<\/a>Limousines will feature wireless connection and each guest will be given the use of his\/her own mobile phone with a local\u00a0chip for the duration of their stay. For guests connecting to the \u00a0Bangkok BTS Skytrain and MRT underground trains,\u00a0we will offer a Tuk Tuk shuttle fully\u00a0air-conditioned and designed for maximum comfort of our guests – these will also have wireless connectivity; a first for Bangkok!<\/p>\n

Others services include 137 signature dining and picnics by design, a personal shopping service and guide, privately curated and customized tours, tennis and golf practice putting and chipping with personal trainers for both on request, kids\u2019 corner and meeting space.\u00a0 Fast-track immigration services will whisk guests and residents through airport formalities on arrival and departure.\u00a0 This service will be complimentary for guests booking direct.<\/p>\n

A\u00a0third property,\u00a0137 Pillars Estate Phuket<\/strong>, is scheduled to open early 2019 on the North Peninsula of Kata Beach, with 16 sunset facing Pool villas\u00a0and 46 Pool Suites.<\/p>\n
