The festivities ignite on 23 April at the KL Library, but the true pulse of the event beats from 24 to 26 April<\/strong> at Dataran Merdeka<\/strong>. For the sartorially inclined, the BukaBuku by Keretapi Sarong<\/strong> on Saturday afternoon offers a whimsical nod to heritage.
