These home bakers are no longer seasonal contributors; they are certified micro-entrepreneurs building sustainable businesses and reshaping their futures.<\/p>\n

In December 2025, participants achieved food safety and handling certification from Ministry of Health Malaysia \u2014 a milestone that formalised their operations and unlocked new market opportunities. Today, selected creations are sold via the Cadbury Official Store on Shopee, bringing their products to a nationwide audience and generating consistent income beyond Raya.<\/p>\n

For leaders like Sarasvathy and Nur Sharzi Bashar, the transformation is deeply personal. Financial stability now means funding higher education, planning confidently for the future, and mentoring other women to rise alongside them. Empowerment here is not abstract \u2014 it is measurable, generational, and shared.<\/p>\n
