The mains carry Maria\u2019s familiar signature: indulgent yet comforting. The four-person set highlights premium selections including Australian Hereford grain-fed ribeye and New Zealand lamb cutlets, while seafood lovers will appreciate grilled salmon and garlic butter tiger prawns in the non-beef option.
