It also utilises the power of the mind to help with the exercises and to increase the harmony between body and mind.<\/p>\n<p>There are enormous benefits to be gained from doing Pilates regularly, including improved balance, less stress, more efficient digestion, increased oxygen intake, better circulation, healthier skin, enhance immune system, greater strength and coordination, and many more.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, <strong>Pilates exercises are\u00a0proven in\u00a0reshaping body by\u00a0working the muscles group, including weaker, less-used muscles<\/strong>. It therefore enables you to achieve a perfectly toned body.
