Kedah Fashion Week 2022, a 3-day annual nationwide celebration of fashion, trend and couture, will take place on the 5th, 6th, and 7th August 2022 at the leading lifestyle destination in the Northern region, Aman Central, Alor Setar Kedah. The event was pre-launched in a press event on the 7th July at One Utama, Petaling Jaya.<\/p>\n

During the press conference, the line-up of talents to perform live during Kedah Fashion Week 2022, including singers Dayang NurFaizah, Khai Bahar, and Marsha Milan Londoh, were introduced through sneak video previews of their amazing vocals that are sure to exuberate the event. Speeches from star fashion designers to participate in Kedah Fashion Week 2022 with their special collections, Hirankrit Pattaraboriboonkul from Thailand, and Edwin Ao from the Philippines, were also screened exclusively for guests\u2019 viewing. On top of that, the rising names of upcoming designers were also teased to showcase their work at the runways of Kedah Fashion Week 2022. They are Eugene Chow (Ntrovert), Hooi Ho Mun (Homun Hooi), Jeremy Wong Zi Jin (Jer), Liew Hui Ying (Lhy), Liren (Liren), See Jia Wen (Cappusee), Shawn Wong Jong Shen (Shawn Wong) and Tan Wan Yee (Thewomanofyee). Fashion designers aside, internationally and locally renowned brands that will also showcase their collections during the Kedah Fashion Week 2022 are such as Icahfa, Qaira Hijab, Fana Couture, Carlo Rino, HLA, Parkson, Nuwav, Teva, Birkenstock, Studio, Steve Madden, Swarovski and many more.<\/p>\n

The most anticipated highlight was the preview fashion show flaunting the magnificent works of locally beloved and internationally celebrated fashion designers, Bon Zainal, ByTwoo, Thalia, AinaHariz, Daniel Zharif, Taufik Idros Creation, Faieeeez Creation, Dee Roslan, Seth & Luna, Khuntumn, Syafieq Ayman, Amaze, and Wan & Mary; who will be showcasing their exclusive collections at Kedah Fashion Week 2022. Most notably, Kedah Fashion Week 2022 will create another remarkable moment with a special tribute to star designer Eric Choong, a 33 years industry icon with his utmost contributions to the fashion industry as well as the fresh, up-and-coming designers. Eric Choong will also be presenting a collection enriched with Malaysian Culture (Budaya Malaysia) with the Batik element as one of his main showcase for this collection. The combination of veteran and rising fashion designers will absolutely leave an astounding spell of creative impression at Kedah Fashion Week 2022.<\/p>\n
