What are some of the unforgettable beauty moments of the year – those that pushed the envelope and those that nailed the look. It\u2019s always nice to reflect on the year that has gone by, to look back at our achievements and challenges that have made us grow. It\u2019s also nice to look back at some of the greatest looks of the year and maybe some that we can draw inspiration from, and to improve on, for the next year.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Let\u2019s take a moment to reflect\u2026 We will definitely have to start the list with the biggest moment of the year.<\/div>\n

1. Bruce Jenner becomes Caitlyn Jenner<\/h3>\n

From following the family reality TV show and watching their kids grow up right in front of our eyes, to witnessing the countless heartaches and tear-filled episodes, to this. It was no secret there was trouble in paradise when it came to Bruce and Kris\u2019 marriage, but did any of us really expect this?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

There were hints that alluded to the possibility of this, but nothing was ever concrete, until Bruce came out in the open and Caitlyn was so born. I think most of us can\u2019t deny that Caitlyn Jenner (why he went with a \u201cC\u201d instead of a \u201cK\u201d was also a debate), looks pretty\u2026. beautiful. In a very timeless and classic way. She exudes so much glam in her cover, it\u2019s hard to imagine this was ever an Olympic athlete.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
For some of us this might be difficult to stomach, I know at times I wonder how this changes the family dynamics and sometimes I cringe when I watch the awkward interactions on Keeping up with the Kardashians. But each to their own and we can\u2019t deny that this tops the list.<\/div>\n

2. Platinum Blonde Bleached hair<\/h3>\n

From Kardashian West to Jared Leto, and to Jennifer Lawrence more recently, this was a trend that we spotted on many red carpets and sightings. Is this look for you?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

3. Gigi Hadid Puts to Shame the Body Shamers<\/h3>\n

Gigi has a slamming physique that looks healthy and athletic and beautiful in its own way. She put to shame those who criticised her figure and said it wasn\u2019t \u201crunway\u201d material. You can read it here<\/a>. And we say, you go girl!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

4. Taylor Swift\u2019s Bad Blood Video<\/h3>\n

Star filled and with updates on her Instagram account, we knew that the video would be stunning in all ways, from the video production to those who made an appearance. It had the likes of Jessica Alba too – who we love! Everything was spot on, their outfits and their make-up and their hair. It was like a fashion runway in a video and we can\u2019t get enough.
