In conjunction with the Hari Raya celebration, Hada Labo<\/strong> has once again collaborated with Women of Will (WoW)<\/strong> and Watsons<\/strong> for its \u2018We Care For Society\u2019 campaign<\/strong> in an effort to raise funds for the underprivileged B40 women and to also spread love by distributing Raya cookies to the underprivileged community.<\/p>\n

As part of this campaign twenty B40 women under the care of WoW will be commissioned to bake 40,000 pieces of cookies for the underprivileged community. These cookies will be distributed to 300 families staying in the People\u2019s Housing Projects around Klang Valley.<\/p>\n

According to WOW\u2019s Chief Operating Officer Lakshwin Muruga, the B40 women who will be supported through this fund have a household income of less than RM2,500 and are struggling to make ends meet due to the current pandemic.\u00a0The selected B40 women bakers are currently residing in the Batu Muda People\u2019s Housing Project located in Jalan, Ipoh, Sentul.<\/p>\n
