The menu began with <strong>Japanese Scallop with Wakame, Radish, Sesame and Shoyu Dressing<\/strong> from Tokyo, followed by <strong>California Clam Chowder<\/strong> from San Francisco and <strong>Forest Berry Sorbet<\/strong> from Moscow. The fourth dish also the main course was <strong>Oven Baked Lamb Rack<\/strong> from Venice (if you didn&#8217;t take lamb, you can request to change the lamb to fish). The dinner was completed with an assortment of local desserts including <strong>Mochi, Sundae, Ms. Pavlova, Sago Gula Melaka and Tiramisu<\/strong>.
