Find out here.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Head:\u00a0<\/strong>Blood clots that form after sitting too rigidly can travel to the brain which may cause stroke.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lungs:<\/strong>\u00a0In individuals who experience heart failure, fluids first backs up in the lungs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Arms:<\/strong>\u00a0Less physical activity increases\u00a0the risk of hypertension, or high blood pressure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stomach:<\/strong>\u00a0Sitting too much contributes to obesity and colon cancer. In people who suffer from heart failure and obstructive sleep apnea, fluid collects in the lungs and neck at night.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Legs:<\/strong> Fluids collects in the legs during sitting.
