The Manhattan Fish Market Celebrates Ramadan with Kampung Kat Sea-Nie Spread

In celebration of Ramadan and Syawal, starting from March, The Manhattan Fish Market is launching the Kampung Kat Sea-Nie campaign with an array of tasty and local inspired spreads to better celebrate this festive occasion. The restaurant chain is providing new variety of seafood offerings that patrons can dine-in for an amazing dining experience, take-away to be enjoyed in the comfort of their homes or have the delicious meals delivered right to the doorsteps. This menu is suitable for individual orders, big families, and everything in between.

This festive season, The Manhattan Fish Market is introducing the signature Asam Sambal Manhattan Fish ‘N Chips Alaskan Pollock (RM36.00). The fish is lightly battered and fried to golden perfection making every bite crunchy on the outside, moist on the inside. Served with Asam Sambal sauce that is homecooked with tamarind paste, this spicy and sour concoction is ideal for dipping. This meal suits sambal lovers that enjoys a kick of spice in their meal. It also comes with a side of chips.

The Baked Sambal Belado Cherry Snapper (RM35) is wrapped and baked in foil to ensure the aroma and flavour is locked in so the patrons can savour the goodness with every bite. It comes with steaming garlic herb rice and broccoli to complete the meal. The Cherry Snapper is lathered with The Manhattan Fish Market’s own Sambal Belado sauce that is home produced from scratch using hot and spicy mixture of stir-fried red-hot chilies, shallot, garlic, and other spices.

Meanwhile, the Baked Whole Siakap (RM65) is suitable for sharing up to 3 pax. The sauce is Korean inspired with the signature combination of spicy and savoury. The fish fillet is covered with delicious red dressing and baked until juicy and tender. Continuing the Korean theme, enoki mushrooms and cabbages are baked together to get the full effect of the cuisine. This dish is perfect for those who want to try local and Korean fusion food.

To pair the dishes, The Manhattan Fish Market is introducing two new thirst quenchers. The Lychee Mint (RM12.00) is a cooling drink with mint, lime, and sweet notes from the lychee syrup. This drink is perfect for breaking fast in Ramadan as it is refreshing and not too fizzy on the empty stomach. For a more local feel, the Katira (RM12.00) is a pandan infused drink made with in-house syrup with basil seeds (selasih) and evaporated milk. This drink has a distinctive look and give diners a milky aftertaste after every sip.

Combo set menus are also available for bigger groups. For a limited time only, try the Platter Berdua for 2 pax, Makan Bersama Platter for 4 pax and Makan Beramai Platter for 6 pax. The Kampung Kat Sea-Nie menu is available in all The Manhattan Fish Market outlets from now until 21 May 2023.
