Sashimi, Sushi & Tempura Highlights
From there, glide toward the Ocean Harvest counters — expect a full sushi and maki lineup plus tempura prawns, squid leg and fish fillet served with radish and ginger. Beside it, the Chef’s Ocean Harvest Platter and Chef’s Charcuterie Board offer a savoury break before diving back into the seafood frenzy.
Live Action: Chili Crab Prawn & Mantou Buns
One of the stars of the buffet is the live presentation of Chili Crab Prawns, where tiger prawns are stir-fried in a chili-and-crab meat sauce and served with hot, crispy fried mantou buns. It’s interactive, aromatic, messy in the best way — and absolutely worth going back for seconds.
