As the Year of the Horse arrives on 17 February 2026, Oversea Restaurant ushers in the festive season with a celebratory menu rooted in heritage and shared joy. Running from 5 January to 3 March 2026, the restaurant’s Chinese New Year offerings embrace this year’s theme, Golden Horse Embraces a Golden Start (金马迎喜), symbolising courage, momentum, and prosperous beginnings.

Long revered for its Cantonese recipes passed down since the 1970s, Oversea brings families together through dishes that honour tradition while elevating the festive table. The ritual of Yee Sang remains central, with premium variations featuring abalone, jellyfish, black truffle and vibrant fruity interpretations, each tossed high in the spirit of abundance.
