Maria’s SteakCafe Welcomes Ramadan with a Table Made for Togetherness

Ramadan, at its heart, is about gathering — a pause in the day where time slows, conversations soften, and the table becomes the centre of everything. This year, Maria’s SteakCafe returns to the season with a thoughtfully composed Ramadan and Raya menu, available from 19 February to 19 April 2026, designed less like a dinner and more like a shared ritual.

The experience begins, as tradition dictates, with dates and a refreshing Rosé Zest drink — a gentle reawakening after a day of fasting. From there, the meal unfolds in tiers, evoking abundance and celebration. A comforting homemade pumpkin soup leads into spicy mussels simmered in a rich tomato sauce, paired with crisp garlic bread that feels unmistakably homely.

The mains carry Maria’s familiar signature: indulgent yet comforting. The four-person set highlights premium selections including Australian Hereford grain-fed ribeye and New Zealand lamb cutlets, while seafood lovers will appreciate grilled salmon and garlic butter tiger prawns in the non-beef option. Each plate is served with the café’s distinctive percik sauce — a nod to Malaysian flavours that grounds the Western menu in local memory.

Sides arrive generously — roasted potatoes, onion rings, sautéed vegetables and steakhouse fries — before the meal closes on a warm, nostalgic note with a moist prune cake.

Reservations are now open at all Maria’s SteakCafe outlets — gather your loved ones early and plan your Iftar ahead.
