If your idea of a perfect weekend involves a little chaos, a lot of colour, and maybe stepping on a LEGO brick (just once), KLCC is basically your dream playground right now.
From 21 May to 7 June 2026, the LEGO MY Play Festival transforms Suria KLCC’s Centre Court and KLCC Park into Malaysia’s biggest LEGO celebration yet, turning the city centre into an interactive playground for kids, families, and anyone who still loves a good brick build.
A Full LEGO Universe in the City Centre
At Suria KLCC’s Centre Court, visitors are welcomed by a larger-than-life LEGO Kuala Lumpur skyline featuring the Petronas Twin Towers, KL Tower, Merdeka 118, and Merdeka Square, alongside playful local-inspired LEGO scenes like a teh tarik stall and durian seller.
The experience expands into four themed zones:
- LEGO Friends: A colourful waterpark-inspired play space with slides, ball pits, and interactive builds
- LEGO NINJAGO: A ninja-themed monastery zone with battles, photo spots, and immersive storytelling
- LEGO Creator: A carnival-style world featuring a glowing Ferris wheel and creative build stations
- LEGO City: A playful pizza factory where kids build their own LEGO “pizzas”
Visitors can also try the LEGO Minifigure Converter, turning themselves into a personalised digital LEGO character.
Football, But Make It LEGO
Over at KLCC Park’s Esplanade, the festival brings football fever to life with a LEGO Football Play Arena, just in time for the upcoming FIFA World Cup 2026.

Expect a stadium-style experience complete with tunnel walk entrances, crowd effects, and interactive games like:
- Human Foosball challenges
- Make & Take LEGO Trophy workshops
- Giant LEGO football displays and photo ops
It’s part sports day, part imagination zone, and fully family-friendly fun.
The First-Ever LEGO Play Run in Southeast Asia
The highlight of the festival arrives on 6 June with the Suria KLCC x LEGO Play Run 2026 — a 2KM family-friendly run through KLCC Park featuring interactive play-stops along the route.
Participants will receive an exclusive LEGO-themed race kit and finisher medal, with flexible flag-off sessions throughout the day. The event ends with a stunning LEGO-themed projection on Suria KLCC’s façade.
Play With Purpose
Beyond the fun, Suria KLCC also brings back its Safe Space initiative, featuring workshops and wellness activations with NGO partners focusing on mental health and community wellbeing—adding a meaningful layer to the festival experience.
Held right in time for the school holidays, the LEGO MY Play Festival is a full-scale city experience that blends creativity, play, sport, and community. Whether you’re here for nostalgia, photo-worthy moments, or a fun day out in KL, KLCC has officially become where imagination takes over the city.
