As the year’s coming to an end, don’t you want to find out what are the songs and artist that you’re hooked throughout 2017? Spotify just released a microsite called ‘Your 2017 Wrapped‘ where you can relive the songs and artists you found and loved this year, plus, the amount of time you spent on Spotify.
First, you have to sign up or log in to your Spotify account.
Once, it’s linked to your Spotify account, it’ll show you a general summary of your account for 2017. You’ll know how long you spent on Spotify, the songs, artists, and genres you have explored.
Next, it’ll take you through a short guessing game where you have to pick which one out of the three is your Top Artist, Song, and Genre.
After the guessing game, you’ll get a link that has your Top 100 songs. You’ll be surprised by the songs that turned out to be your favourites this year!
2017wrapped will also let you know if the music you listen to matches your age.
Skipping songs is also counted. Who knew that I skipped 392 songs?
There’s even a list of songs which you have missed, curated based on the songs you listen to. Now you can discover more similar songs that you might love to add to your ever-growing playlist.
At the end, you’ll get the total minutes spent listening to music, a summary of your top artists, songs, and genre for you to share to your social media sites!
