Kiehl’s Supports WWF-Malaysia To Protect Turtles In Tun Mustapha Park Sabah

Since 1851, Kiehl’s has always strived for better – from responsible formulations, packaging & manufacturing to supporting communities and helping to reduce environmental impact. This year, Kiehl’s continues its journey towards a Future Made Better with a collaboration with WWF-Malaysia to support Turtle Conservation and Community Engagement in Tun Mustapha Park (TMP), Sabah.

The project aims to decrease poaching of turtles and turtle eggs within TMP by increasing protection, monitoring, and patrolling efforts as well as building new community operated turtle hatcheries. And that’s not all – WWF-Malaysia will also be conducting trainings to educate community members about basic turtle biology and ecology, turtle conservation work and hatchery management, as well as support efforts to combat plastic pollution and increase awareness.

On the 19th of July, together with its Future Made Better advocates Sean Lee and Daiyan Trisha, Kiehl’s pledged to donate RM140,000 to WWF-Malaysia for turtle conservation efforts and safeguarding their future, during the launch of Kiehl’s Future Made Better campaign at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur.

Members of the public can visit Kiehl’s Future Made Better pop-up that’s happening from the 18th to 24th of July at the main entrance and concourse, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, to learn the collaboration efforts of Kiehl’s and WWF-Malaysia in saving the turtles. The space has been transformed into an interactive way for the public to engage with the brand and to learn more about Kiehl’s sustainable and philanthropical history – Kiehl’s Does and Kiehl’s Gives.
