In Malaysia’s relentless heat and humidity, the city never slows down—and neither do its delivery riders.
Behind every tap on a food app or last-minute parcel delivery is a network of women navigating traffic, time pressure, and long hours under the sun. This year, their story takes centre stage in a campaign that blends empowerment, innovation, and skin protection in one powerful movement.

On 20 May 2026 at Sunway Pyramid, Kiehl’s Malaysia and Grab Malaysia came together to honour this often-unseen community with a first-of-its-kind initiative celebrating female delivery-partners. The highlight of the day was a history-making convoy of 100 women riders, officially recognised by the Malaysia Book of Records as the “Most Female Delivery-Partners in a Convoy”.

More than a ceremonial ride, the convoy symbolised resilience in motion—an unapologetic celebration of women who keep Malaysia moving, one delivery at a time. The journey began at the Sunway Pyramid Main Entrance and concluded at the Orange Entrance, where the record recognition was officially awarded.
To reinforce this message, participants were gifted curated Kiehl’s skincare sets designed to support skin health during long hours outdoors—turning awareness into tangible care.

Extending the campaign beyond the convoy, Kiehl’s is inviting the public to experience its latest sun care breakthrough through an immersive activation at Sunway Pyramid. From 25 May to 7 June 2026, visitors can be among the first to discover the Kiehl’s Better Screen UV Serum Sunscreen SPF50 PA++++ with Collagen Peptides at the “Better Sunscreen, Better Skin” pop-up located at Ground Floor, Grand Foyer, Sunway Pyramid.
Designed for modern, on-the-go lifestyles, the lightweight UV serum sunscreen delivers high SPF50 PA++++ protection with a radiant, skin-loving finish—bridging skincare and sun care in a single step.
The pop-up experience goes beyond product discovery. Visitors can test their strength at the energetic SkiErg Challenge, a fun, high-intensity activity inspired by endurance training—mirroring the stamina of delivery riders who power through Malaysia’s daily heat.
Guests can also enjoy a complimentary skin and UV test to better understand their skin’s protection needs, alongside exclusive freebies available throughout the activation period.
