Samsung Malaysia’s newly launched Street View mobile app – “Culture Explorer” is a new app that provides virtual access to prominent locations in Malaysia.

In collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism and Culture Malaysia, the app is an effort to cultivate and celebrate the beauty and uniqueness of some of Malaysia’s finest landmarks.

The app makes use of augmented reality technology, allowing users to explore historical landmarks in 360-degree imagery, and at the same time user can tap on the icon to see additional information in connection with what is displayed.
