As summer approaches and brings with it the breeze, the warmth of the sun and the sea. Inspiring mornings and intimate evenings are dressed with a relaxed collection, full of light garments with new volumes and an endless colour palette.
This season we fancy a firm bet on fabrics, linen in safari jackets, bee or Aran knit in cotton sweaters. Chambray and dark denim for shirts, dresses and trousers, and of course Nappa and leather jackets. The sport version comes in nylon and the most romantic Swiss embroidery and esparto braids.
The variety of colour is unimaginable. All the blues are on board and are combined with earthy colours, warm yellow, ochres, neutrals and whites. At times a bright coral and a green khaki is added, occasionally accompanied by shades of mint green.
The Massimo Women collection is inspired by the beaches of the world, an intense journey around the best spots on the planet, from Greece to the Caribbean, via ancient Egypt. In the case of the Massimo Men’s collection, however, the inspiration comes from multicultural Miami, with a selection of the most recognizable places in the city from the popular Miami Dade neighbourhood to the seriousness of the Brickell financial district.
WOMEN
The women’s collection speaks to the urban, sophisticated yet effortless woman between the ages of 25 to 45. Based on an in-house creation concept, she is a city dweller, practical, elegant and contemporary that believes in her style and knows what she wants. The woman aims for a style that The Collection is comprised of several action lines, not only with respect to fabrics, but also for accessories and fragrances. All of them together create a common harmonious selection of trends, styles, colours and textures each season.
MEN
The men’s collections speak to the urban, contemporary man between the ages of 25 and 60. Since its beginnings, Massimo Dutti Men radiates a unique personality: from starting out as a shirt maker and moving on to create men’s clothing lines from the most tailored to the most casual in all pices of the collections. This brands shares a concept by all of the collections and based on the quality of materials and the combination of textures and styles.
