The Curve’s annual 10-day Health and Beauty campaign themed Hero Mode, On! will take place from April 7 to 16, 2017 at its Centre Court which will be transformed to resemble a superhero’s secret lair, complete with multiple futuristic training areas and five life-sized superhero displays to inspire workouts. All workouts and workshops will take place throughout the day on Saturdays and Sundays for the duration of the campaign, under the guidance of the trainers and consultants.

In collaboration with Fitness First, this year’s campaign would be offering a series of energising activities. Fitness junkies are invited to unleash their inner warrior in the martial arts-inspired Body Combat class, or get an all intense cardiovascular workout to get shredded with BODYSTEPS, an exercise which utilises height-adjustable steps and simple moves but guarantees to get your heart pumping off the chart in no time.

For those who love dancing can sweat it out with either Zumba, SH’BAM or BODYJAM. Those in search for wellness and beauty through inner peace can join the experts for a round of BODYBALANCE, a workout which combines yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates. If all of the above seems too easy, take on the HARDCORE CHALLENGE instead. The 45-minute fast paced High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class will put your mobility, strength, balance, coordination and of course, stamina to the test.

The participants can get rewarded with a complimentary 45-minute Massage worth RM95 – choose between a relaxing Upper Back Body and Scalp Massage, a soothing Foot Massage or a comforting Head and Shoulder Massage, with a minimum spend of RM300 and above in a maximum of two receipts.
