Last week, we finally got our hands on The History of Whoo‘s makeup line for the first time! Before this we have tried out some of their skincare lines and so far our experiences with this prestige Korean beauty brand is good. When we first received Gongjinhyang:Mi Velvet Make Up Line that consists of a primer base, a liquid foundation, a powder pact and a lip rouge, we were immediately intrigued by the luxurious and elegant packaging – everything looks so opulent and expensive!

Inspired by the delicate beauty of past empresses, the Gongjinhyang: Mi Velvet Make Up Line is a luxurious makeup range that’s formulated with ancient anti-ageing treatment, and combined with precious ingredients for a true luxury experience of ancient Korean beauty, to promote flawless, youthful complexion.

Gongjinhyang:Mi Velvet Primer Base

A lightweight makeup base with silky smooth texture, featuring “Pore-blurring” complex that covers enlarged pores and control sebum secretion, to deliver smooth surface to boost the adherence of next step makeup products such as concealer or foundation. It’s enhanced with peach blossom extract to promote natural flushed skin by promoting blood circulation.

A light weight liquid foundation, and infused with oriental herbal medicines, to create a flawless skin with 24-hour lasting coverage. It features “Touch-Proof” formula with a velvety finish and prevents smudging or transference.
